OH MY GOD I FINISHED @______________________@

This was my exam piece for Art this year... but during the 8 hours of the exam, I only managed to get HALF of the geisha done... and the rest I did out of exam in class. It took altogether about... 30 hours? It's MASSIVE though. A HUGE piece of brown paper, like, A0 size or maybe even bigger... if you want to check how big it is, look at the finger of the person holding it in the top right corner, or the two black lines at the bottom which are the legs of the person. That's how big it is @_@
However, I like it a lot... the reference photo for the geisha was absolutely gorgeous, thanks to ~Merukuriusu for sending it to meeee <3333 and also credits to the National Geographic website where I found the ref pic for the old woman.
The message of the picture wasn't supposed to be determined, since the point of the exam was that without any preliminary work, and just using some images you collected, draw something from observation. So I randomly came up with putting these two together, but then I liked the message it has... that time goes by, and you won't be beautiful any more... of course in the picture it's about looks, but beautiful can also mean your happiness... so for me, it means you should live life to the fullest while you can, and try always to enjoy even small things ^__^
Wow I wrote a lot... but this piece means a lot to me since I worked so hard on it~

Oh and I know the old woman's face is somewhat distorted and stuff, but when you're working on such a huge scale, you don't notice it until it's too late XD
